By examining case studies, interviewing sports management professionals, and reviewing rehabilitation protocols, the research highlights key strategies and practices that contribute to effective recovery and return-to-play decisions. The findings reveal that sports management plays a crucial role in coordinating care, implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programs, and facilitating a safe transition back to competition. The study emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, including collaboration with medical professionals, adherence to concussion protocols, and continuous monitoring of player progress. The conclusions offer recommendations for sports management to enhance post-injury care and rehabilitation practices, ultimately improving player outcomes and safety in college football.
