This study examines the multifaceted influence of work-life balance on various aspects of the employee experience and organizational outcomes. Regarding employee well-being, the research indicates that a healthy work-life balance is associated with reduced stress and burnout, improved physical health, and enhanced mental and emotional well-being. Employees with better work-life integration report lower levels of anxiety and depression, as well as increased overall life satisfaction and happiness. Conversely, imbalance between work and personal responsibilities can lead to negative consequences, such as decreased productivity and higher absenteeism.
