This study investigates communication patterns in IT projects, focusing on the resonance of statements exchanged among project stakeholders. By examining resonating statements, characterized by their ability to evoke shared understanding and alignment, this study illuminates the underlying mechanisms that influence communication effectiveness in IT projects. Insights from this research offer valuable implications for optimizing communication strategies, fostering collaboration, and enhancing project performance in IT environments.
