Simulation results show that the energy consumption of proposed design is 30fJ/bit which is 6.33X lesser than earlier reported designs and it has 0.0025$\mu$$m^2$ area/bit. Keyphrases: Analog Hardware Security Circuit, Physical Unclonable Function, Secret key generation, Semiconductor manufacturing process, amplifier stage, intrinsic randomness, secret key, sub-threshold region, threshold voltage
