In addition, signaling of the beginning of the latent period, change of the technical condition and seismic stability of construction facilities in seismically active regions is not supported. Continuous control of the technical condition of the railroad track is not maintained either, as the number of track measuring cars used for this purpose is limited. At the same time, the beginning of the latent fault period of all mentioned facilities is clearly reflected in the estimates of various characteristics of noisy vibration signals, which emerge at the beginning of their various malfunctions. We will propose technologies of formation of informative attributes and technical means for controlling the beginning of the latent period of malfunctions at these facilities. The possibility of using the proposed informative attributes in the systems of control of the beginning of malfunctions of other various economic facilities will also be shown. Keyphrases: accident malfunction, construction facilities, control, informative attribute, noise, pumping stations, railroad track, seismic stability, signaling, vibration signal
