The Free license is suitable for small workshops Includes no advanced features and no technical support and can only be used by conferences having a  maximum of 20 submissions.

You can initially select a free license, if you believe you can exceed the maximum number of submissions, we recommend you to register a credit card for your conference. If an upgrade is required, we will charge your card automatically and send you an advance warning before we charge it.
