License kinds

EasyChair has 4 different kinds of licenses: Free, Professional , Executive and VIP. This range of Licenses are placed to fit the needs of conferences of different sizes:

• Our Free version is suitable for workshops and small conferences.
• Professional is a better fit for small to medium conferences seeking advanced virtual conference tools
• The Executive license fits conferences of all sizes and comes with our “helpdesk” for technical support.
• VIP is for those conferences which need an extra level of support; This license includes assistance of a dedicated VIP manager who has a direct access to the conference and can provide a personalised level of support
